How We're Helping
Ogden Avenue Residence
❊ OUR RESIDENCES
Transforming Lives
With Dignity.
At the 163rd Street Improvement Council, we believe housing is more than a roof—it’s a foundation for healing, growth, and new beginnings. That’s why our three residential programs are designed not just to shelter, but to serve as sanctuaries where individuals can reconnect with stability and self-worth. Each residence provides safe, dignified housing paired with tailored supportive services, meeting people where they are while guiding them toward where they want to be.
Located steps from Yankee Stadium, offers single adults fully furnished studio apartments in a clean, elevator-equipped building with on-site laundry and easy access to public transportation. But more importantly, it offers hope through wraparound services—from health and vocational counseling to case management and recreation—all designed to help residents reclaim their independence.
