Jainil Feliz serves as a Housing Specialist at Glo Emergency Shelter Site, where he works closely with individuals and families experiencing housing instability to help them transition into permanent housing. He supports clients throughout the entire housing process, from identifying barriers and applying for housing subsidies and vouchers to coordinating with brokers, government agencies, and community organizations to secure long-term housing solutions.

Jainil also leads efforts related to client progress tracking, housing placement monitoring, Cash Assistance applications through HRA, and compliance with housing program requirements established by governmental agencies. His work focuses on providing client centered support while promoting stability, independence, and access to essential resources.

Jainil Feliz is a professional with more than five years of experience in the housing and social services field, Jainil has developed strong expertise in housing navigation, case coordination, community partnerships, and client advocacy. Prior to joining Glo Emergency Shelter Site, he worked as a contracted English/Spanish interpreter for the Department of Homeless Services (DHS), strengthening his communication skills, professionalism, and commitment to serving diverse communities.

Jainil studied Law at UNICARIBE (Universidad del Caribe) in the Dominican Republic, a background that contributes to his structured, strategic, and solutions-oriented approach to his work. He is recognized for his leadership, innovation, technological mindset, and ability to modernize and simplify processes that improve both client services and team operations.
